Certain items are custom-made, including memorial stones. Once work has begun on a custom piece, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.

Memorial stones created using cremated remains are handled with care and respect. Any unused ashes are always returned.

Due to marketplace restrictions, memorial stones for human loved ones must be ordered directly through this website.
